Installation

Install in three steps

1 · Unzip it

For example to C:\Programs\Catalog Studio.

2 · Install .NET 8

The Desktop Runtime (x64) if the computer does not have it yet — free from Microsoft.

3 · Run CatalogStudio.exe

Settings, templates and the license are kept in the DATA folder next to the program.

Program languages	Slovak, English, German

Updates

No need to download again. In the program click About › Updates › Check for updates — it downloads the new version and its translations and restarts. Settings, templates and the license stay.

What’s new

The program shows what is new in each version when it checks for updates. The Download ZIP button always gets the latest release.

When the program does not start

The .NET 8 Desktop Runtime is missing

Download it free from Microsoft, install it and run CatalogStudio.exe again.

Windows shows a SmartScreen warning

Windows may flag a program downloaded from the internet. If you downloaded the ZIP from this site, click More info › Run anyway.
