Who processes the data

This website

• The site has no forms and no user accounts.
• We measure visits with the Koko Analytics plugin without cookies. The data (such as page views and where visitors came from) stays on this site’s server and is not shared with anyone.
• The language plugin (Polylang) may store a technical cookie with the chosen language.
• The hosting provider keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, browser).

License requests by e-mail

When you send a request we process your e-mail address, your name or company name, the computer code and the program version. We use them only to issue the license key and to communicate about it, and keep them while the license is in use or as long as the law requires.

Downloading from GitHub

The Download button leads to GitHub (GitHub, Inc.). Its privacy statement applies to the download.

The Catalog Studio program

• Catalogs are made on your computer; the program does not send your spreadsheets or catalogs anywhere.
• The computer code is calculated on your computer and is only sent when you send it yourself in a request.
• The program only goes online when you click Check for updates.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at roman@magoc.sk. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
